Having read your in- class essays on Grit and Growth Mindset,  I shared with you some important notes for improvement. If you missed this class please get these notes from a classmate.

Important info for this week:

• There will be an optional tutorial on essay/paragraph construction at lunch tomorrow (2F6) Tuesday Oct. 3/17. 
• If you cannot or choose not to attend, please review notes/links on 'Class notes' tab on blog.
• If you were invited to do a rewrite you must attend at lunch FRIDAY Oct. 6/17 (2F6) to get a mark.
• If you received below 72% on the first write you are welcome but not required to attend the aforementioned rewrite.
• I will take the higher of the two marks.
• You may not rewrite if your mark was higher than 71%.
